Relationship between breathing and the brain for a healthy positive business outlook!
10am - 11am Keynote Speaker Keynote Theatre
The Key to happiness is managing the relationship between the brain and breathing. Angie ‘Abalisious’ Clausen owner of Oxylisious Ozone Therapy, believes there is no greater feeling than having a healthy body that looks and feels great. In this jam-packed session, Angie will guide you through breathing techniques. Did you know your brain uses 20% of the oxygen you inhale? She’ll challenge you to rethink your approach to slow controlled deep breaths which can help you calm down and regain your focus by increasing the oxygen flow to the brain. You’ll leave this session feeling relaxed and renewed.
Adding Value Through Values™ - An ethical business is a successful business!
11:30am - 12:30am Keynote Speaker Keynote Theatre
For a number of reasons a very small percentage of businesses survive to maturity and while a number of factors play a role and there is never a guarantee that an enterprise will succeed, it is becoming accepted wisdom that businesses that are founded on integrity and are run ethically have a better than average chance of being successful! John G. Blumberg came up with what he calls the “new ROI” which is not the return on investment but the return on integrity! Brian will introduce you to this and other new trends in ethical management and how you can ensure that your business is one of the few that reaches maturity!
